Trading Terms

  • We do not offer trading accounts - all goods are to be paid for (cleared funds) prior to dispatch or at the time of pick-up, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept MasterCard and Visa cards - a 2% merchant fee applies.
  • We accept EFT payments - details upon request. 
  • A 30% deposit is required on all orders unless otherwise arranged.
  • All or part deposit may be forfeited if an order is cancelled after work commencement, which includes materials ordering.
  • If no valid reason offered, goods may be re-sold and deposit/materials forfeited if not accepted or paid in full within 6 weeks of advice of completion.
  • All shades will be supplied with Australian size/type electrical fittings unless requested otherwise.
  • Fabric samples are sent no charge for the first set, any subsequent sets are $10.00 per set.
  • Any fabric accepted by us from customers is conditional (ask for a copy of our fabric advice letter).
  • Frames supplied by customers that are bent, broken or rusty, may be subject to a repair charge. 
  • The balance (cleared funds) is required prior to dispatch or at the time of pick-up. 
  • All cheques will be cleared prior to pick up or dispatch.
  • Choose carefully as no refunds will be given on made to order items if you change your mind. 
  • Quotes remain valid for 30 days from issue.
  • All goods remain the property of Jenni Ann Products until paid for in full.
  • Prices are calculated ex our factory at Wallacia and may vary without notice (valid quotations will be honored).
  • Freight/postage and insurance is the buyers responsibility and we accept no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit beyond our control; however we will arrange transport on the buyers behalf if requested.

  • Please Note: Made to order goods generally carry a lead time of 3-6 weeks, however this can extend in busy periods.
