Trading Terms:

• We do not offer trading accounts - all goods are to be paid for (cleared funds) prior to despatch or at the time of pick-up.
• We also accept Mastercard and Visa cards - a 2% merchant fee applies.
• We accept EFT payments - details upon request. 
• A deposit is required on all orders unless otherwise arranged.
• The balance (cleared funds) is required prior to despatch or at the time of pick-up. 
• Cheques will be cleared prior to pick up or despatch.
• Choose carefully as no refunds will be given on made to order items if you change your mind. 
• Quotes remain valid for 30 days from issue.
• All goods remain the property of Jenni Ann Products until paid for in full.
• Prices are calculated ex our factory at Mulgoa and may vary without notice (valid quotations will be honoured).
• Freight/postage and insurance is the buyers responsibility, however we will arrange on the buyers behalf.
