Because Jenni Ann Products lamp shades are individually custom designed, the choice is unlimited. To help you choose the style of lamp shade that best suits your personal taste, we have selected samples of lamp shades we have made for customers and presented them in several categories. Hardback Shades Our term used for a lamp shade made from fabric bonded to styrene, parchment or equivalent. This design uses only a top and bottom wire ringset.

Tailored Shades Probably the most common category of our shades whether it be traditional or modern. Described as a lamp or ceiling shade hand crafted by each section being cut, assembled, stretched over a wire frame and trimmed to suit.

Pleated Shades An elegant category of shades, achieved through hand crafted fine fabric, giving the appearance of soft folded flat pleats. Generally used on Empire and Drum shapes for both table and standard lamps.

Standard Shades Generally the largest of our shades, designed to suit the larger most often wooden or brass floor standing lamp bases.

Loose Covered Shades Lower priced shades, offering a full wire frame without lining and fabric laid over the frame, rather than tailored to fit tight. Still attractive in their finish, mostly used for lace overlay, bows and ribbons and children’s novelty shades. Used commonly as ceiling type shades.

Ceiling Shades As the name implies, shades manufactured to hang from the ceiling. Can be tailored shades or loose covered shades depending on application. The main difference being that the wire frame is manufactured with a fitting at the top to enable suspension from the ceiling.
